Kempton Park to host their annual competition (including trials for the Arnold Classic) on Saturday 11 March 2017 at the Kempton Park Indoor Sports Centre.

Entry forms to be completed by the instructor, moneys collected and paid on the day of the tournament.

Junior Divisions (16 years and below):

  • Pairs Kata (maximum of 2 minutes)
  • Traditional Japanese Weapons Kata (1 Person)
  • Random Attacks (Compulsory for all competitors)
  • Sparring
  • Grappling

Senior Divisions (17 years and above):

  • Pairs Kata (maximum of 2 minutes)
  • Traditional Japanese Weapons Kata (1 Person)
  • Random Attacks (Compulsory for all competitors)
  • Sparring
  • Grappling
