Accreditation:

• Friday 8 July 2016 from 16:00 - 20:00
• Registration fee pp. R50.00
• Documents to be submitted at accreditation
  • Code of conduct, must be completed and signed by all parties.
  • Copy of valid SA Passport.
  • Medical aid detail form.
  • Personal information form.
  • 2 x passport photo’s

NB:

• No copies will be made at accreditation
• No players will participate without these documents
• Code of conduct must be signed by all parties
• The estimated cost pp for the Brazil tour is an estimated R31,000.00
• Pre-planned date for tour 4-13 October 2016
• Please take note that dates an amounts for tour may change.

• Officials will meet from 07:00 - 07:30

Colours:

• Development team, Presidents team and National team colours will be awarded, subject to qualification criteria and approval from MASA / SASCOC.
